Associate Producer

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Associate Producer to join our Producing department, supporting the delivery of in-house productions, including those in our Festival Season. As part of a collaborative Producing team, you will play a key role in managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the smooth running of all production processes.

The Associate Producer is part of the Producing department within the theatre structure; three Producers and an
Assistant Producer share the responsibility of producing all in-house produced Festival Season and Christmas
productions in the Festival and Minerva Theatres and supporting the development of new and future productions.

The Associate Producer will work closely with the Head of Producing, Senior Producer and the Artistic and
Executive Directors providing a range of services, including line producing Festival Season productions,
preparation of detailed budgets, budgetary control, contract negotiation and writing and management of
production teams.
