Our Community Access Trainee will be based at The Watermill Theatre, working with the Outreach team to engage our local community through our outreach and access programme, and also collaborating with our Marketing department to promote, celebrate and increase the number of people accessing this work. Previous qualifications and/or experience in this industry is not essential – this role will suit candidates who prefer to learn through experience.
