We’re seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience team members to join the Mercury team for panto season (November to January).

We really want every visitor at the Mercury to have a great time. Our Customer Experience team are a massive part of making it possible. We’re seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience team members to join the Mercury team for panto season (November to January). As part of the Customer Experience team, you will provide a Mercury welcome to all visitors, including guiding and seating audiences, serving in the café bar and event delivery. As a member of the Customer Experience team, you are likely to have some customer facing or retail experience, but training will be given. You will be expected to be customer focused, organised and most of all enthusiastic and welcoming. If you have the ability to successfully handle the multiple demands of a busy theatre and café bar – we want to hear from you.
