We want every visitor at the Mercury to have a great time. Our Ticket Sales team are a massive part of making it possible. We’re seeking enthusiastic Ticket Sales team members to join #TeamMercury.
As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you will provide a Mercury welcome to all visitors, including selling tickets, memberships and merchandise and responding to enquiries.
We’re looking for sales orientated, customer focused people to join our team. Most of all, you will be organised, enthusiastic and welcoming.
If you have the ability to successfully handle the multiple demands of a busy theatre box office and reception, we want to hear from you!
