Successful applicants should demonstrate outstanding customer service, teamwork, communication, and sales technique, and must be willing to work both in the auditorium and as a bar assistant.
Previous experience working Front of House or in theatre is not essential and we welcome candidates with a background in customer care and experience in driving sales.
The contract offered is a show contract based on a minimum of 30 hours across eight shows. Staff are contracted to work six days in a seven-day period and involves afternoon, evening, and weekend work. Applicants must be available to work all eight shows.
The typical weekly schedule for The Devil Wears Prada is 7.30pm, Monday – Saturday, with additional 2.30pm matinees on Wednesday and Saturday (see the full show schedule).
As this role involves serving alcohol, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
Salary: £12.00 per hour, with the potential for additional overtime mid-week, and regular overtime on Sundays which is paid at an enhanced rate
Training: Team training will happen before the show’s opening date, likely Monday 21 – Wednesday 23 October, 10AM – 5PM.
Christmas and New Year: Holiday will be limited throughout the festive period (from Friday 20 December 2024 – Saturday 4 January 2025)
