Summary
More Details
Join a dedicated team, delivering a wide-ranging programme to a diverse span of people across Cornwall. The Get Creative team work with more than 11,000 young people each year, supporting 400 Cornwall-based artists and more than 5,000 participants in our community. These aren’t just numbers – they’re people whose lives we’re enhancing, and we’re hungry for more. Working at the heart of an inclusive and agile team, you’ll have the smarts to respond to changing circumstances, spotting trends and driving a genuine difference for everyone we work with.
This role would suit a creative producer, a deliverer, a manager, a doer, a creative, a strategist, a communicator, a positive force, a multitasker, a juggler, a connector – sound like a lot? It is! We need someone who spots the dots and joins them seamlessly, as a visible force for good in Cornwall’s creative industries.
You’ll be a proactive, self-motivated no-nonsense person who gets it done. A committed collaborator, you’re ready to bounce ideas and forge strategy. With ideas fizzing and plans in place, you’ll lead the team who, delivers, reports, funds, and refines. And when we’re done, you’ll be the one with the energy to rinse and repeat, day in, day out, as the team delivers, seven days a week, evenings and weekends.
Beneath all that energy and drive, you’ll embrace sound methodology too: we use data to drive our activity and prove our impact. We work strategically behind the scenes with advocacy, policy documents, national partners, the local authority and regional partners.
If you’ve got the stamina, determination and drive to play your part, then we want to hear from you.
