The opportunity has arisen for WTM to seek a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our multi-venue receiving house as our new Head of Marketing and Communications. This is an exciting era of creativity for WTM with ambitious plans to develop the cultural offer. This role will suit a candidate who is committed to culture with innovative ideas, a proven track record in dramatically increasing ticket sales, skilled and experienced in the use of digital platforms, analytics and social media and with a strong understanding of the importance of community engagement. You will lead on developing the marketing strategy alongside hands-on delivery of campaigns to achieve sales targets for live events, film, workshops and support of the trading activities. The Head of Marketing is a member of the Senior Management Team reporting to the Creative Director & CEO and advising the Exec and Board on marketing and engagement strategy.
