Legal and Industrial Relations Manager

We are recruiting: Legal and Industrial Relations Manager. ITC is seeking to employ a new Legal and Industrial Relations Manager to work part-time (0.6/ 3days per week) within our small team at the Albany Theatre, Deptford, South East London. ITC serves a dynamic, UK-wide membership community of small, independent performing arts organisations. We provide legal and management advice, training and professional development, advocacy and negotiate industry standards with entertainment unions. The successful candidate will have legal training and experience of advice giving, negotiation and dispute resolution. The work is varied, interesting and rewarding and requires excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
