Summary

Internationally recognized Theatre Camp, listed as “the coolest camp for kids” by TEEN PEOPLE, located north of NYC seeks staff for our 2024 summer season. Stagedoor is home to approximately 285 campers (ages 10 to 18) and 150 staff…recruited from all over the world. We are a coed camp divided into three 3-week sessions and we produce 36 full scale shows, in our 7 onsite theaters (Black Box to Proscenium to In the Round), over our summer season. We seek to employ energetic, youth oriented, hardworking & fun-loving individuals age 20 & older to join us for our summer season to help us achieve our mission statement of “A positive experience for every camper”.

Design shows, while working in a team atmosphere to build all 36 productions we produce each season, in our 7 on-site spaces (studio to proscenium theatres). We seek energetic, flexible, hardworking, & fun-loving individuals to join our production team.

ARTISTIC STAFF

Directors
Choreographers
Music Directors

Direct, Choreograph or teach/play the music for productions, as well as teach classes in a wide range of theatre, dance and/or vocal production. Experience working with children age 10 -18 a plus.

STAGE MANAGERS, MAKE-UP ARTISTS, ASST CHOREOGRAPHERS, TEACHERS (Stage & On-Camera), & VIDEOGRAPHERS

Work in your area of theatre while enriching the lives of youth 10-18 as a Camp Counselor. We seek energetic, flexible, & fun-loving people. Previous experience working with youth age 10 -18 a plus.

**Our camp is for youth interested in an intensive Summer Stock Theatre experience & requires our staff to work long hours in this Festival atmosphere.
