We’re seeking Ticket Sales Assistants to join Team Mercury.

We are passionate about our customers at the Mercury. The Mercury Ticket Sales team are often the first people that audiences and visitors meet. We’re seeking Ticket Sales Assistants to join Team Mercury. As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you will provide a Mercury welcome to all visitors, including selling tickets, memberships and merchandise and responding to enquiries. We’re looking for sales orientated, customer focused people to join our team. Most of all you will be organised, enthusiastic and welcoming. If you have the ability to successfully handle the multiple demands of a busy theatre and café bar – we want to hear from you.
