Ticketing Manager


The Ticketing Manager manages the box office team at the Bloomsbury Theatre and the UCL Event Ticketing service. Ensuring that the Bloomsbury Theatre Box Office is staffed as required. Reconciling all box office takings. Reporting to event organisers and colleagues on event sales. This is a Full Time post.

We are looking for candidates who in particular have the following experience and skills:
• Experience of managing a customer facing box office team
• Ability to provide a high standard of customer service delivery
• Experience of managing a ticketing software system, preferably Spektrix
• Ability to analyse, interpret and monitor financial/numerical data
