Visitor Experience Manager

Summary

Sherman Theatre wishes to appoint a Visitor Experience Manager to help lead the theatre’s Front of House operation, contributing to the department’s operational efficiency and delivering the highest levels of customer service. This individual will lead on the development of the volunteers scheme along with all recruitment and training. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make their mark in one of the UK’s most exciting producing theatres.
