As a Welcome Team Duty Manager, you will provide a warm welcome and an outstanding customer experience to our users. You will also be managing the Welcome Team performance staff to deliver excellent customer care and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment. We’ll provide training in Health and Safety, Customer Service, Disability Awareness and Security to ensure all our audience members and visitors have a wonderful experience during their visit. The Welcome Team Duty Manager positions are offered as a fixed-term (30 October 2023 – 14 January 2024) zero-hours contract within a monthly rota. Shifts are a minimum 3½ hours. As our performances and other events take place throughout the week, you’ll need to have good available for evenings and weekends and availability for weekday daytimes would be an advantage.
