More Details

What’s the best way to learn? For a lot of people, and certainly when it comes to working with young people, hands-on experience is ideal. Our Young Practitioner Programme runs across the academic year (September-July), and provides mentoring, practical masterclasses and experience-based learning. Supported by CFT staff in a small group, we focus on personal development.

We are looking for 18-25 year olds to join the CFT Young Practitioner Programme taking place between September 2024 – July 2025. The programme provides opportunities for individuals to be trained and mentored by theatre professionals, whilst developing practice as workshop assistants and leaders for Chichester Festival Youth Theatre (CFYT).

If you have an excitement and spark for theatre and a belief that the arts should and can be for everyone, as well as a strong work ethic and a commitment to the programme, then we can’t wait to hear from you.
