To Post a Vacancy

If you are a member (excl. Professional members), to post your vacancy :

  • Log in to the Members' Area 
  • Click on 'Add New Record', complete details and click 'Save'
  • If you have any difficulties with this, please email some brief wording and a link to your vacancy details to ukt@soltukt.co.uk and we will post the vacancy for you.
  • Please note, if you are a Professional member and you would like to post a job ad, there will be a fee of £75 + VAT. All other membership categories can advertise free of charge.
  • If you are a Partner member, please email us with the details of your vacancy and we will post it on your behalf.

Job Specification
Do you want to influence safety in one of the most creative theatre organisations in the world? We are looking for an innovative and experienced health and safety professional to join our team as Senior Safety Advisor. 
 
The Safety Department (Health, Safety and Fire) work within the NT to enable and facilitate lasting safety cultural change across every aspect of the work the NT delivers. 
 
Working alongside our safety advisors, you will business partner with key departments, lead on projects and deputise for the Head of Safety where required. 
 
The Safety Department 
 
• Work as coaching partners to review the safety risk profile and coach departments through any improvement processes and action plans. 
• Provide an appropriate level of challenge and support to business leaders. 
• Provide production safety advice throughout the rep system design process. 
• Lead or assist on projects to develop safety systems for the NT – anything from IT solutions to training development.
