Birmingham Hippodrome is one of the most popular theatre complexes in the UK. As a successful company, we are growing and we need to increase our IT support. 
Our IT Help Desk is the central point of contact for all Birmingham Hippodrome IT related incidents and service requests. We are looking for a friendly enthusiastic individual to join our IT team as First Line IT support. The IT Help Desk Analyst will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. This will be achieved on the phone or in person or in writing or delivered via training. 
As part of the IT team, the IT Help Desk Analyst role will be responsible for the day-to-day support of Birmingham Hippodrome’s IT landscape: resolving customer support requests, managing and logging incidents and service requests via the company service desk software, ensuring that service level and targets are reported and maintained as well as meeting customer satisfaction.
