Excellent Creative Learning and Community Partnerships Manager role working on behalf of both Richmond Theatre and the Richmond Theatre Trust. 
Richmond Theatre is a spectacular grade two listed large scale receiving house hosting a vibrant programme featuring touring theatre and in house produced content. 2019 marks a year of celebration for the venue, as it celebrates its 120th anniversary. You will be able to shape the Creative learning activities and Trust initiatives and be an integral part of the year long programme and community outreach work. 
This role offers a diverse challenge for an incredible applicant! The Creative Learning & Community Partnerships Manager will lead Richmond Creative Learning and Richmond Theatre Trust activities with sound financial management skills, maximising relationships and opportunities with local partners both community, business and funding agencies; improving relationships with under-represented communities with the additional benefit of increasing ticket and non-ticket income from a variety of sources for agreed projects. 
This is a dual role and encompasses working for two organisations; Richmond Theatre, an ATG venue, and the Richmond Theatre Trust, an independent charitable trust providing opportunities for people of all backgrounds to enjoy and participate in theatre. Please note there are two job descriptions attached outlining the key responsibilities associated with both aspects of the role. 
Our ideal candidate will have a creative and imaginative approach and the ability to develop, project manage and produce a programme that engages people of all ages and backgrounds.
