Contract: Seasonal, Fixed Term, full‐time and part-time contracts available 
Responsible to: Head of Visitor Services and Estates 
The Visitor Services Assistants (Box Office) are responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the box office throughout the summer. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, delivering the highest level of customer service and presentation, and offering information and advice to customers to maximise sales. This includes customer enquiries, taking bookings (both in person and over the phone) and assisting with education and third party bookings. 
Working with all front line teams, you will ensure that the entire site is maintained to a high standard, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our audience, staff and visitors. 
You will also work on Stage Door providing a first class welcome for all staff and visitors and assisting the Administration Department, as needed. 
Evening and weekend work will be required throughout this contract. 
• Contract Date: Monday 29th April 2019 – Tuesday 24th September 2019 
• Salary: £19,656 pro rata (£9.45 per hour)
