Job Specification
We are recruiting an Accounts Officer to join our busy Finance Department. 
This role forms an integral part of the Accounts Payable team. The successful candidate will be involved in the day to day running of the Purchase Ledger, ensuring that supplier invoices are paid in a timely and efficient manner, while continuously maximising gains from technology and reviewing processes where appropriate. 
We are looking for someone with excellent accounting skills and an understanding of double entry book keeping, reconciliations and VAT. If you are confident on Excel and have knowledge of accounting software (Sun, Proactis and Vision Q&A) we would love to hear from you.
