Job Specification
The Projects Producer is a new role within the Participation team that brings together creative planning, fundraising, project management and delivery to create opportunities for young people and communities experiencing economic disadvantage. You will work with our team of associate directors and project leads to shape creative ideas into structured programmes of work that can attract significant partners and funders.  Working across participation and talent development, you will collaborate to create programme plans, secure funding, oversee operational implementation, and ensure effective monitoring and evaluation are embedded from the start. 
The right candidate will be a flexible and lateral thinker, with an excellent command of English.  You will be methodical, systematic and organised, with an interest in collaborative artistic practice.  The role will involve a significant amount of writing and management of data, using your analytical skills to produce creative and persuasive proposals for trusts and foundations and statutory funders, securing the annual project fundraising target of £250k per year.
