Job Specification
Due to expansion of the Hospitality team, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef to join our Hospitality team at Curve, one of Britain’s leading producing theatres located in the heart of Leicester’s Cultural Quarter. 
The post holder will be responsible for the preparation of the culinary provision at Curve, ensuring a high quality of service and food to theatre visitors and audiences. You will be responsible for helping to maintain all applicable health and safety and food hygiene standards on the kitchen areas with the rest of the Kitchen Team. 
As part of the hospitality team your main responsibility will be preparing food to Curve’s high standards and to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and day to day functions of the kitchen 
Whilst Curve operates a busy kitchen, the hours we serve food to customers is normally limited to between 10.00am and 7.00pm.  Shift patterns reflect the daily operation, which may on occasion require flexibility for earlier opening or late shifts for special events. 
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy kitchen environment with the ability to work quickly under pressure, whilst remaining calm and focussed.
