Job Specification
We are inviting applications for the role of Comedy Assistant to play a key part of Soho Theatre’s Creative Team. The Comedy Assistant will support the Head of Comedy in all aspects of delivering Soho Theatre’s comedy programme, including deal negotiations, risk assessments, administration, contractual arrangements and settlements with visiting companies and co-producers. This role combines administrative duties and artistic liaison, helping ensure that the company maintains the best possible working relationships with artists and promoters and that in turn, audiences can enjoy the very best of comedy and cabaret in London and across the globe. We are looking for candidates with experience in the comedy industry, or alternative relevant experience, to be considered for this position. 
This is an exciting time to join the team with a new venue opening soon, a digital and TV presence, as well as a strong national and international touring programme.
