Job Specification
The Lyceum Theatre is one of London’s largest and busiest commercial theatres. Every night our theatres welcome thousands of people through our doors to enjoy the best in live entertainment. We firmly believe that each visit to the theatre is a celebration and we want to share that ethos with everybody who arrives at our doors and ensure they’re leaving itching to return to us! 
As part of our Customer Experience Team you’ll be on the front line of making those fantastic experiences happen. The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you’ll offer the highest standard of customer service whether you’re welcoming audiences or working behind the bar. You’ll ensure we meet our financial targets by selling products and packages on the night and by making sure customers want to return. 
An ideal candidate for this job will:

Joining one of London’s largest and busiest venues at such a popular time of year is no small undertaking. Our ideal staff members will bring a willingness to learn quickly and their own innovative approach to help us continually improve our operation and be able to work effectively independently to help us achieve our goals. 
Our team members must be able to work well not only with one another but also be aware of the important relationships we have with our departments in the building. This means collaborating with the merchandising teams, the box office and of course, our producers. Every time we open our doors we rely upon one another to be doing our jobs to the best of our individual ability in order to run a successful and smooth performance. 
Applicants must be available to work 8 shows per week, including evening and weekends.
