Glass Half Full Productions is a Tony & Olivier Award winning production company, based in London and New York. GHF produces shows in the UK and internationally, latest West End credits include Betrayal, Caroline or Change, and 9 to 5. On Broadway, credits including Network, Groundhog Day, Sunday in the Park with George, and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, along with other international credits such as Muriel’s Wedding and Matilda in Australia, and the global tour of the world-renowned Blue Man Group 
We are currently looking for a full time Assistant Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the production and investor related aspects of the business, in the UK and internationally. Reporting to the Company Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that investor and production records, contracts and investments are up-to-date and accurate, and provide financial and general administrative support to ensure a smooth running of the company’s business at all times. In addition, you will be managing investor events and guests lists, and work creatively alongside the Company Director to develop and deliver the best possible artistic profile for the company. 
The successful candidate will have demonstrable previous administrative experience in a similar role, preferably gained within the theatre and arts sector. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience of creating and managing financial records, along with solid analytical and numerical reasoning. This is a varied, fast-paced role with a significant level of responsibility, therefore you will be expected to manage your own workload and have first class organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and multitask.
