We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to join the Southend Theatres team. 
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Front of House Management Team at the Cliffs Pavilion.  If you know what a fantastic customer experience looks like and can inspire a team to deliver it, we would love to hear from you. 
Ideally, you will have experience of retail and hospitality.  You will be someone who thrives in a high pressure, customer focused environment and derives job satisfaction from delivering consistently high levels of service.   Self-motivation, confidence, leadership skills and being a team player are all essential.  There will be exciting opportunities to learn new skills in relation to working within a theatre environment so a drive to learn and develop is key. 
This role sits within the Front of House team undertaking shifts as Duty Manager on show nights.  This involves all duties related to running a theatre on a show night i.e. customer care, health and safety provision, retail sales and looking after visiting show companies.
