If you are a member (excl. Professional members), to post your vacancy :

  • Log in to the Members' Area 
  • Click on 'Add New Record', complete details and click 'Save'
  • If you have any difficulties with this, please email some brief wording and a link to your vacancy details to ukt@soltukt.co.uk and we will post the vacancy for you.
  • Please note, if you are a Professional member and you would like to post a job ad, there will be a fee of £75 + VAT. All other membership categories can advertise free of charge.
  • If you are a Partner member, please email us with the details of your vacancy and we will post it on your behalf.

Whether it’s a night out with friends for a special birthday or a family’s first pantomime, every visit is important. We work hard to make sure each customer leaves with those unique memories you can only get from a live show…and that they want to return again and again! 
 
As the Deputy Customer Experience Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the Front of House team excel in their roles, offering excellent service as standard and working with all departments to create an exceptional evening at the theatre. You will have experience in leading a team, strong people skills and be a motivational communicator.
