Job Specification
This is an opportunity to be the PA for Birmingham Royal Ballet’s incoming Director Carlos Acosta and the Chief Executive, Caroline Miller. As their PA you will run the Executive Office, manage their busy diaries, organise and minute meetings, provide assistance organising Board meetings, manage the CEO and Director’s guest lists, process expenses and make travel arrangements. As the first point of contact for the department, you will build relationships with both internal and external clients and colleagues and manage communication in and out of the office. 
You will have very strong administrative experience at executive level and be comfortable juggling a variety of priorities. With your strong interpersonal skills, you will be highly organised, self-motivated, calm under pressure and confident in your approach. You will thrive working in a fast paced and demanding environment. It is essential you possess excellent IT skills, have good knowledge of Outlook and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. An interest in the arts is desirable. 
Due to the nature of the role absolute confidentiality is required.
