An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the supporting cast at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre as we seek a charismatic individual to join our senior Box Office Team. The position provides an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about theatre and excellent customer service. 
With a 1200-seat auditorium, a 200-seat Second Space, beautiful foyers, a thriving events business and popular café, working at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre provides a unique opportunity to experience, learn and contribute towards the ongoing development of a diverse and exciting operation. 
Supporting the venue’s operational efficiency and delivering a high level of customer service, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player who can positively contribute to the work of the existing team. The Deputy Ticketing and Sales Manager will support the Ticketing and Sales Manager with the daily running of the Sales Team at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre and will deliver the highest standards of customer care. The Deputy Ticketing and Sales Manager role is an incredibly important post to ensure a red carpet experience for all of our customers and to realise our sales targets. 
• Experience of working in a sales driven environment and achieving sales targets 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Reliable, with a flexible and pro-active attitude 
• Available to work weekends, when required 
• Knowledge of using a Ticketing System, preferably Audience View 
• First Aid Qualified
