Job Specification
Kiln Theatre works with many communities to provide pathways and support people on their journeys as future artists, creators and audiences of theatre. 
Working within the Kiln Theatre’s Creative Engagement team, The Agency Project Coordinator is responsible for leading on the development and delivery of The Agency project in Brent (an initiative imported from Brazil’s favelas, allowing young people to develop business ideas benefiting their communities). 
The role is responsible for managing The Agency freelance staff contracted to deliver work within Brent.
