Job Specification
The Events and Hires Assistant supports the Head of Events and Visitor Services in delivering the events and hires function for the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre. They will assist with the end-to-end management and co-ordination of commercial hires and events at the Lyric, including taking enquiries, event planning and delivery. The post holder will provide a first rate service to external clients whilst simultaneously ensuring the schedule and logistics within the building run smoothly, including assisting with internal events such as press nights, fundraising events and corporate sponsor events. 
 
This role is the main point of contact for all events and hires enquires and also assists with the day-to-day scheduling of space across the Lyric.
