Dates: Start date w/c 17th December –  w/c 7th Jan (there is flexibility within these dates as this will be the handover period from the current Company Manager) for a minimum period of 6 months, but this is negotiable. 
 
 
Details & Requirements: We are looking for a Company Manager for the West End Production of SIX, currently playing at the Arts Theatre. 
 
Duties as Company Stage Manager will include, but are not limited to: 
 
•             To supervise and lead the Stage Management team, technical staff, band, wardrobe team and cast of the West End Production; 
 
•             To liaise with venue technical management and theatre management as required; 
 
•             To supervise and assist with set & props maintenance; 
 
•             To assist with the running of the stage plot during performances of the West End Production as necessary; 
 
•             To supervise the company’s weekly hours; 
 
•             To schedule the cast’s weekly performance rota; 
 
•             To ensure the safest possible working environment at all times, and that all Health and Safety procedure and practice is adhered to; 
 
•             To compile and distribute show reports 
 
•             To put together and distribute the weekly schedule for the company; 
 
•             To compile the Alternate performance rota in liaison with the Creative Team and Producers and then distribute this rota to the company; 
 
•             To complete the weekly payroll; 
 
•             To manage petty cash and respect the weekly petty cash budget; 
 
•             To liaise with Press & Marketing personnel with regards to interviews etc, and assist and attend press & promo events if required; 
 
•             To carry out ad-hoc hospitality duties for VIP guests; 
 
•             To schedule and supervise understudy rehearsals in liaison with the Directors;
