Salary

Job Specification
Theatre Centre brings world-class theatre straight into the heart of schools. Our vision is that children and young people are empowered in their activism and leadership through theatre, using their voices and ideas to make change in themselves and the world around them. As we move towards our 70th birthday, we continue to lead the Theatre in Schools movement as an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation and wave the flag for more writers and artists to make work for young audiences in the UK and beyond.

We are looking for an energised and committed strategic lead of the organisation with experience of executive or senior leadership within an arts organisation. Working alongside the Artistic Director, this role will oversee a newly developed Future Makers process, which embeds the principle of co-creation in all the work that we do, unifying all of the strands of our work. This role is the lynchpin between governance and day to day operations and will have sole CEO responsibilities, line managing all core staff team members and sharing leadership duties with the Artistic Director, whom they will support as an executive producer for all artistic work.
