Job Specification
Polka are seeking the right person with strong Spektrix skills, sales experience and a love of data. 
 
The Sales & Ticketing Manager will lead on smooth delivery of Polka‚Äôs sales and box office function and team management. 
 
They will drive effective and efficient use of Spektrix across the organisation as both a sales tool and CRM, in liaison with all departments, providing data-driven decision making and reporting. 
 
Experience of setting up processes and driving sales are essential, and you will have an adaptable and collaborative way of working.
