Job Specification
We are looking for a Facilities Supervisor (Multi-Skilled) Electrical Bias to join us. 
The Facilities Department is committed to matching the high quality production values adopted on our stages. We aim to do this by ensuring the National Theatre‚Äôs built environments and fixed assets are maintained and replaced by a highly skilled team working collaboratively across the organisation. Trust, mutual support, high level ambition and great customer service are the essential values for keeping our audience and staff members comfortable and safe when visiting or working in our buildings. 
The role is responsible for all reactive and proactive maintenance work, whilst making sure it is carried out to the highest possible standards across the whole of the site as well as management of all aspects of the team through collaborative working with the other Supervisors. 
The successful candidate will have the following: 
- Substantial experience in a previous role as a Shift Leader/Supervisor 
- Recognised electrical engineering apprenticeship 
- City & Guilds Part 3 or equivalent (e.g FTC/ONC) 
- Strong multi-skilled technical skills with strong customer service focus
