Salary

Job Specification
At Ambassador Theatre Group we’re excited to be getting ready to reopen our venues from late summer 2021, in line with UK Government guidelines.  As a first step, we’re delighted to be able to advertise two new opportunities in one of our highest profile venues, the Bristol Hippodrome.

The Marketing Manager oversees marketing campaigns for hundreds of theatre performances annually, and other associated products such as membership and our food and beverage offer. The Communications Manager is in charge of social media, press and other communications activity for all shows, as well as the Hippodrome’s overall media profile. Both roles report to the Head of Marketing & Communications, and work as part of a positive and dedicated venue team to attract thousands of customers each year.

If you have the skills to achieve our goals and an affinity for our values we’d like to hear from you! Please download a copy of the job description for further details on each role; you'll be able to specify in your application which you'd like to be considered for. Experience from within the entertainment sector is welcomed but not essential and we actively encourage applications from people from the widest range of backgrounds, including those currently under-represented in this industry.

The Bristol Hippodrome is one of the United Kingdom’s largest stages and is the established home in the region for all the top flight West End and Broadway musicals, opera, ballet and comedy touring the country. Bristol itself is an incredibly vibrant and optimistic place to live and work, as well as being close to the most beautiful countryside and the sea.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and strive to provide a stage for everyone. Onstage and off, we hold ourselves accountable for nurturing an inclusive culture. Find out more about us and our values at atg.co.uk and careers.atg.co.uk
