About the Role 
As Executive Assistant you will enjoy a unique insight into the business of theatre as you provide high level administrative, project management and research assistance to the CEO. You will manage the CEO’s workload and oversee systems for coordinating a large and busy office as well as track projects and act as a first point of contact. Your remit will include supervising diaries, organising meetings, taking minutes, preparing documentation, delivering reports and much more. Whether coordinating travel arrangements or maintaining a forward planning system to ensure key dates and tasks are noted and actioned, you will be critical to the smooth administration of the CEO’s office. As a premier entertainment venue, you will find yourself helping coordinate events, inviting key guests and organising tickets too. You will also oversee the work of an Administration Assistant to ensure operations run at maximum efficiency. 
You must have good grades in Maths and English and worked in a similar senior executive support role. Highly organised, you relish working in a fast paced environment where priorities can change at short notice. A born perfectionist you pride yourself on accuracy and attention to detail too. Highly proficient in MS Office you are comfortable managing multiple tasks and are able to demonstrate advanced project and time management skills.
