Freelance: £48,000 fixed fee over 15 months
Job Specification
Collective Cymru is a partnership of Welsh organisations, artists and writers, led by National Theatre Wales. We’ve come together to imagine and produce a landmark creative event for Wales as part of Festival UK* 2022, a celebration of creativity and innovation. Our project will showcase Wales’ exceptional creative talents, people and places to the world. We are already working with creative technologists, broadcasters, climate scientists, writers, artists and theatre-makers and we’re passionate about the difference this investment can make to the creative sector and communities across Wales, as well as creating new ways of collaborating across sectors.
Audience Lead
Freelance: £48,000 fixed fee over 15 months
What we are looking for
Public engagement is critical to the creation and delivery of this project: from the process of innovative co-creation that lies at the heart of the project’s co-design to the ways in which the project will engage audiences on location in Wales and on digital platforms. As Audience Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of audience development strategies - in particular working with the Creative Executive to design the audience experience across all aspects of the project. You will work closely with the Participation Lead to ensure that participation and audience development are integrated.
Our team and Project Committee are here to support you, and we’ll take into account your talents, interests and personal development objectives to shape the role and help you succeed. We will help you build your skills in areas you’re less confident in.
