2021/2022 is a year of recovery and transition for TRP including the recruitment of James Mackenzie-Blackman as our new Chief Executive who will lead the charity from January 2022. Our build-back responds to Arts Council England’s Let’s Create strategy that provides us with the opportunity to renew TRP’s vision and creative strategy in a way that is meaningful and relevant to our diverse communities. It’s an exciting time to join TRP in a leadership role therefore, with the opportunity to influence and be a part of the changes these new strategies will create.
The Head of Stakeholder Engagement leads our Development, Membership & Fundraising Team and our Media & Communications Team. The role forms part of TRP’s Leadership Team and is accountable for developing and implementing an advocacy strategy that deepens stakeholders’ understanding of our charitable activity and promotes the active support of our long-term vision.
