Job Specification
The Young Vic is looking for an experienced and capable individual to work in our busy Production Department’s Sound team.   
The Deputy Head of Sound reports to the Head of Sound, assisting them and the production department in providing the highest quality of support for a wide variety of productions and events. This role is key to the delivery and management of sound requirements for Young Vic productions and related projects both at the Young Vic and elsewhere.   
We are keen to hear from candidates that have experience in operations and maintenance of sound equipment and infrastructure. An individual that will be committed to providing anti-racist environments for all colleagues and individuals who enter our spaces through inclusive practice.
