We're recruiting for a friendly and professional Administrator to join the Theatre Royal and King's Theatre in time for our reopening later this year. This is an office-based administration role in a vibrant, exciting workplace and would suit someone who is organised and efficient, who enjoys variety and who is great at working with a wide range of different people.
You'll work closely with the venue managers to reopen the theatres and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. In a typical week you might be processing payroll, invoices and other financial records, supporting recruitment and HR processes, issuing contracts for venue hires, arranging meetings and updating records, making travel arrangements, and providing general support to ensure we provide the best possible service to the visiting producers, companies and clients using the venue. Although you'll have regular tasks to complete, each week could vary depending on the events taking place in the venue at the time and so you'll need to be flexible, willing to get involved and support where needed and take opportunities to make improvements.
