Job Specification
English Touring Theatre (ETT) create theatre of outstanding quality, imagination and ambition; work which interrogates and celebrates contemporary England and reflects the diversity of the nation. We have a singular commitment to touring work locally, nationally and internationally; enabling audiences to engage with the world around them. 
ETT is seeking a thoughtful, dynamic, and creative Producer to work with the whole company on planning and delivering our programme of work. 
The appointed Producer will be a key member of staff within our small permanent team and will play a central role within ETT's national and international touring operation and in the day to day running of the company. 
The Producer will be tasked with ensuring that the artists, technicians, permanent staff, budgets, schedules, partners, and ETT's audience are all seamlessly and productively inter-connected, always with inclusivity and equity at the forefront. 
They will work across the organisation in support of the artistic vision and financial and operational aims developed by the Artistic Director, Richard Twyman and Executive Producer, Sophie Scull. Subsequently, the role presents a real opportunity to work across a broad range of areas within the company.
