Job Specification
As Head of Marketing, Communications and Advocacy, you will tell Contact’s story to the world. You will shine a light on Contact’s life-changing impact on young people, and our diverse shows and festivals addressing vital social issues. You will engage with audiences, young people, stakeholders, funders, the media, influencers and opinion-formers. 
Joining our Senior Management Team, you will help us shape important local, regional, national and international conversations about the changing face of arts and culture, youth leadership, diversity and social change. You will join a team that makes new things happen, at ‘one of the 20 theatres in the UK to see before you die’ (Blomfield, 2018). 
Confident and capable across digital, media and brand strategies, you will be experienced in leading creative communications campaigns, and have a talent for amplifying Contact’s stories. You will have a successful track record in devising and implementing effective cross-channel sales and marketing strategies at a senior level, with a proven ability to identify and reach new audiences. 
An experienced and inspirational manager, you excel at working in partnership to achieve profile & impact. You will develop the marketing and comms team to grow box office income and promote our commercial activity. You will also support our development and fundraising team by providing compelling stories, data and case studies of our work.
