We are looking for a positive, collaborative and experienced individual to join our busy Production Department as Production Manager.
A registered charity and theatrical powerhouse, the Young Vic is synonymous with innovation, inclusivity, accessibility and creativity. We create performances that catalyse debate and are priced accessibly for our audiences, giving 10% of tickets away to those who experience barriers to engaging with the arts.
We are deeply rooted in our local communities of Lambeth and Southwark through Taking Part, at the same time as being internationally recognised for productions made with the world’s finest performers and creative teams. We are also proud to develop the next generation of emerging talent through our Directors Program.

The successful candidate will
• Lead the delivery process of allocated productions to create the best version of our productions, digital projects and events across the organisation
• Work collaboratively to ensure a balance of safe, effective and sustainable use of resources and staffing
• Commit to actively support and advance anti-racist practice at the Young Vic

Salary: £40,000 - £41,000 per annum depending on experience, plus overtime for Sundays, Bank Holidays and overnights calls (between 23:00 and 09:00)
