We are recruiting for our company’s most externally influential and visible position: Senior Consultant (UK & Europe) 
We invite candidates to apply who have experience in the arts and have held senior leadership positions in an organisation or two.   
As well as a background in arts administration, it is likely that you have had prior experience as a client of TRG, and/or have worked as a consultant, and/or have an interest in TRG’s content, consulting practices and approach. You’ll have the skills, enthusiasm and belief to learn how to become an effective Senior Consultant on our team. 
The priority of TRG’s Senior Consultant is to serve our clients through our proven, data-driven and ever-evolving counsel. Most of all, the Senior Consultant leads the work that gets results for our clients: revenue, attendance and professional growth results that are quantifiable and transformative for the client.   
This position is fully remote, and you’ll be traveling to meet with clients and prospective clients: Four to six days per month. You’ll also travel bi-annually for internal team meetings.
