Job Specification
The Mercury is seeking an imaginative Engagement Producer, who is passionate about working with our local communities in and outside of the the theatre. This is an exciting time to join the Mercury, as the theatre launched a new programme of workshops and activities during the summer. 
​This is the perfect role for someone with a thirst for impacting the lives of the individuals and communities that surround the theatre. The Engagement Producer will plan, produce and ensure delivery of all community engagement activities.​The successful candidate will be confident in planning, producing and delivery of projects. Experience of working with children and young people is vital, strong networking skills are an advantage, and an approachable and personable vibe is a must.
