The JMK Trust is committed to developing the next generation of outstanding theatre directors, irrespective of their background. The Trust is aiming to recruit a dynamic new General Manager to deliver its strategic objectives and day-to-day operations.
The JMK Trust
The JMK Trust was founded in memory of a theatre director of thrilling promise, James Menzies-Kitchin, who died suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 28. Since 1997 the Trust has discovered and nurtured a new generation of visionary young directors whose work and influence can be seen throughout the British theatre industry.
We want to find a new General Manager who has passion for our mission statement, and will drive the delivery of our programme of work, including the prestigious JMK Award and our national programme of artist development activity for early career theatre makers and directors. Working in close collaboration with our board, you will need strategic thinking, independence and adaptability, logistical planning and organisational management skills.
