Job Specification
The organisation’s digital marketing guru focusing on increasing and diversifying the reach of HfC’s work through digital technology.  Supporting the rest of the company to harness the benefits of digital developments. 
What you’ll be doing... 
Supporting the Marketing Manager in delivering creative marketing and audience development campaigns across stage programme shows 
Energetically collaborating with others to create brilliant digital content and storytelling 
Staying abreast of key developments and changing trends in digital media and advising how these can be adopted across the organisation. 
Who we’re looking for, someone with… 
At least two years’ experience in a arts/creative marketing role across the full marketing mix but with a specialist focus on digital. 
Experience in email platforms (Dotdigital desirable) and creating, sending and tracking email templates/campaigns. 
Experience in executing successful social media campaigns and using posting platforms (i.e. Sprout Social) across various channels  (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & LinkedIn) with an understanding of key reporting metrics. 
Demonstrate practical experience of working with customer data and systems for CRM work (previous use of Spektrix desirable). 
Basic knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google AdWords and Google Analytics 
Experience of using CMS systems & building web pages, creating blog posts & working with and briefing digital/web agencies. 
Digital enthusiast interested in latest and emerging technologies to reach new audiences. 
Previous experience of briefing and project managing print, from design through to delivery. 
Use of Adobe Photoshop and other similar design tools for in house use, desirable.
