About The Role 
This is a rare opportunity to take responsibility for building and driving the multi-channel communications strategy for one of the country‚Äôs most popular theatres on the national touring circuit. Overseeing a committed team, you will liaise with producing partners in the development and delivery of interesting, vibrant and inclusive communications plans. 
You will build upon the success of our well-established social media platforms and grow our network of media, influencer and stakeholder contacts. You will create and deliver an awards strategy too. From crisis communications to brand guardianship and content development you will play a critical role in ensuring we enrich the cultural life in our 
You must have worked in a senior level communication role and be effective at managing and developing teams and progressing organisational story telling. You will have managed high-profile campaigns, PR projects as well as internal and crisis communications. You will have overseen impactful events too. Good at managing stakeholder communications, you will possess strong communication, interpersonal and team motivation skills. You will also have a nose for a good story, excellent regional media relationships and the ability to manage external partners.
