Job Specification
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing and Communications here at The Alexandra in the Birmingham City Centre. We are looking for someone to lead the strategic direction and decison making for the Marketing and Communications Team, managing and inspiring the team to exceed expectations. Reporting to the Theatre Director, and working alongside the team at The Alex as well as collegues across ATG, you will instill a culture of effectiveness to improve marketing intelligence to drive audience growth and the customer expereince. This position is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract.
