Job Specification
Chichester Festival Theatre, renowned for its high standard of productions as well as its work with the community and young people, have an exciting opportunity for someone to join their team as a Creative Therapist on a part time basis (3 days per week).  The Creative Therapist will provide targeted wellbeing programmes and direct one-to-one support for CFT Youth Theatre members, as well as support and consultancy to CFT Acting Companies, Creatives and CFT staff.   
 
If you have proven experience in drama and creative workshop facilitation with excellent communication and people skills and have the ability to demonstrate discretion, trustworthiness and confidentiality at all times with Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance we would love to hear from you. 
 
We welcome applications from those with 2 years + experience of delivering professional creative therapy and / or psychotherapy services along with a recognised qualification in dramatherapy and/or psychotherapy, registered with the Professional Standards Authority and registered with the British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth) and/or the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), or equivalent Professional Standards Authority.
